It has a swimming pool with sea view, hot tub and fireplace. It also has parking for at least six cars and if necessary for 10 cars. It is structured on three floors. The lower one of about 100 square meters is reserved for owners who live in Rome and occasionally use it very discreetly. The one proposed for rent is the one on the two highest floors of about 200 square meters with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the city. It has a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, four bathrooms all with toilet, bidet and shower and one also with Jacuzzi tub. In the kitchen you will find a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The villa also has a barbecue and terrace with sea views.
