This spacious villa stands on a plot with a wide sea view of about 10000 square meters of which about 3000 are terraced and with olive trees and another 7000 of forest. It has a swimming pool with sea view, hot tub and fireplace. It also has parking for at least six cars and if necessary for 10 cars. It is structured on three floors. The lower one of about 100 square meters is reserved for owners who live in Rome and occasionally use it very discreetly. The one proposed for rent is the one on the two highest floors of about 200 square meters with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the city. It has a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, four bathrooms all with toilet, bidet and shower and one also with Jacuzzi tub. In the kitchen you will find a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The villa also has a barbecue and terrace with sea views. The beds are organized as follows:

- first bedroom has double bed and two bunk beds;

- second bedroom has a double bed;

- third bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a double if required;

- living room has an Ikea folding crib for two beds;

- in the living room near the fireplace is another Ikea double sofa bed.
